These will be accessible to Google Workspace email systems if unencrypted, the emails will also be available to our advisors, auditors, partners and regulators unless they are marked as private or confidential or are in relation to making a Subject Access Request.

Business communications will be stored for 7 years and deleted in December following the 7 year period.
If you contact us as a consumer or regulated borrower our retention period of your communication will vary depending on the nature of your communication (generally less than 7 years unless your communication is a regulated complaint). We will let you know how long we intend to maintain a copy of your communication in our replies to you.
If you exercise a right to be forgotten by email all data related to you will be deleted within the period allowed to respond to the request, we may maintain a hash of your email address and/or IP address to ensure we are able to continually service your right to be forgotten or identify that you have exercised the right.
